I swap between this and the method regenerate. I find that the shampoo in this range is nice and light, and this treatment definitely have helped make my hair thicker.

This is supposed to volumise and thick in your hair. Well visibly it doesn’t do this. I do feel like the long-term benefits are far greater. I used to pull out a full hairbrush full of hair each week and it’s been almost 2 months and my brush only has a teeny amount of hair.

Got this and one of the serums was broken. The company replaced it within a week. Great customer service

I always come back to this amp, every six months or so. During the summer when I can’t be bothered, I use a regular shampoo, and then I go on an intensive treatment through the winter. But the spring rolls around, I can see the baby hair is emerging.

Be prepared for lots of fuzzy new hairs! My sister and I joke about it being the 'baby lion' mane, but whatevs! I'm just happy that I am getting my hair back!
